SAN MIGUEL SCHOOL FIELD DAY

It's spring! It's when 65 yong men's fancies turn toward the "battle" of the Yellow vs the Blue and the Green vs the Red Teams. No, the rainbow hasn't turned to the dark side - it's Field Day at San Miguel School, Providence, RI. This year, the field was awash with color as our Miguel Men showed exceptional athletic prowess in such events as soccer, baseball, handball, touch football, relay races and the ever popular tug-of-war (finally won this year by the faculty and staff !!).

All events took place under the watchful eye and through the blood, sweat and tears of our indefatigable Dean of Students, Mrs Taysha Paulo. Sportsmenship was the "code of the day" and our boys rose to the occasion by praising each other, congratulating the less successful. playing the subs, and being the usual strong band of brothers that we see on a daily basis. Great job, Taysha and boys!
