      This life income plan provides for a gift that returns an income. The income from the Unitrust will increase or decrease as the value of the assests placed in the trusts fluctuates.

      The donor determines the percentage of the fair market value of the trust he/she wishes to receive as income. Additional gifts can be made to the trust after it has been established.
