The District committee is a standing committee of the District Chapter. The Committee is an advisory body whose primary role is to assist the District Director of Finance. It makes preliminary studies of administration and financial matters, especially those that are submitted to the Brother Visitor and the District council of District Chapter. The committee is consulted on:

• the annual operation and capital budget for the District;
• budget performance throughout the year;
• borrowing, loans and investments;
• preservation of District Patrimony; and
• all other projects submitted by the Brother Visitor
